After logging-in, registered members will see an additional menu titled "Control Panel". You will find it between the main content area and the right-hand banner.
The Control Panel contains the links listed below.
LogoutClick on this link to be taken to the log-out page.
SubscriptionClick on this link to view your subscription status. You can see how many days are left on your subscription and any invoices associated with your account.
ProfileClick on this link to view and edit your member profile. If you are a newly registered user, you are encouraged to edit your profile and update the required information.

Click on this link to search and view other buyers/sellers/attorneys on our website.

When you first visit NAPHB.com, you will see a series of buttons at the top of the screen, below the website title "National Association of Preapproved Home Buyers". The buttons link you to all the main pages of our website.
Below the top row of buttons, is a box with a series of tabs. Clicking on each tab will show a quick preview of the associated web page. Click on "Read more..." to view the full contents of the page.
Content pages appear in the center of the web page. Some articles may span more than one page. In those cases, you will see a some table of contents in the upper right of the article. You can also click on "Next" (at the bottom) to view the following page.

Anatomy of a Real Estate Transaction is available to all all registered members of NAPHB.com.
The registration fee is $5.00/year.
After registering, log into the website, go to "Resources" link, then click on "Downloads". Chose the "Books" category and you will see the download link for the book.

- Image File Size Restrictions
Sellers may upload images to their profile while adhering to certain file size restrictions.
- You are allowed a maximum of 4MB (megabytes) storage space.
- Individual image uploads can be up to 8MB though they will be resized to fit within a resolution of 1024x1024 pixels.
- You are allowed to keep up to 10 images uploaded at any given time. Note that this limit may be smaller depending on your individual image file sizes since your maximum storage quota is 4MB.
NAPHB.com reserves the right to remove "offensive" images without warning. Please limit photos to the home and property.
